All of our apartments are furnished and designed in such a way that the rooms, most of which are around 20 sqm in size, are optimally used. Furthermore, our well thought-out furnishing concept includes a small but fine and well-equipped fitted kitchen as well as a modern bathroom.

The apartments on the ground floor have access to the terrace, while the apartments on the upper floor offer access to the roof terrace with a great view of the countryside. In addition, the CCS Siegen has three barrier-free apartments with about 40 sqm to 55 sqm.
